DewateringContainers

Dewatering Containers are water tight boxes that have an internal porous structure supporting a filter media, along with drain ports to allow the filtered water to escape. The most common type of dewatering container is based on a roll-off box design, although any type of container that is water tight can be made into a dewatering box. This includes containers that are commonly referred to as self-dumping hoppers and front loaders.

Mixing/BlendingSystems

ParkProcess manufactures both batch and inline polymer make-up systems. These systems are equipped to mix neat polymer and water, injecting the diluted solution into a system provided static mixer for inter-reaction of polymer and sludge, and providing a thoroughly conditioned sludge ready to be dewatered. These systems are used for the flocculation of waste water, sludge, silt laden water, storm water, and other waste streams period.
