Insulated Aluminum Enclosure for Batch Polymer System
The Poly Shack is an insulated aluminum enclosure designed to house the
PolyCat polymer system. The enclosure protects the equipment from
environmental hazards such as freezes, UV rays, vandalism, theft and
sabotage.

The exterior structure of the Poly Shack is fabricated from reinforced 5052
aluminum with 1 ½ “ non-wicking insulation material installed around the
inside walls and ceiling for freeze protection.
An explosion proof electric heater with explosion proof thermostat installed
in the interior of the Poly Shack for extreme freezing conditions are
available options. Explosion proof electric lighting can be installed as an
option.
