ParkProcess manufactures a wide range of strainers including: simplex strainers, Y strainers, T strainers, basket strainers, duplex strainers and automatic strainers.
Continuous removal of suspended solids
- 316 stainless steel wedge wire internal screen is standard
- Cleaning accomplished by a spring loaded scraper mechanism
- Can remove large to small particles from a variety of industrial streams
- Several control packages are available with local/remote indications and controls
- Strainer sizes from 4” to 32”
- Flowrates from 50 gpm to 10,000 gpm
- Removable cleanable baskets
- Basket perforations from 1/32” to 1”
- Stainless steel wire mesh linings between 20 and 400 mesh can be added
- Vessels available in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel
- Swing bolt closure for quick opening
- Dauit arm used on larger vessels
- Duplex units allow continuous flow while cleaning
- 150 psi at 250°F standard operating ratings
